Our Site allows property owners and managers (Advertisers) to list their properties for students (Users). We facilitate these interactions but are not a party to any agreements between Advertisers and Users. It is your responsibility to review and agree to an Advertiser’s specific terms, including payment and cancellation policies.
We do not accept responsibility for confirming the identity of Advertisers or Students. We encourage direct communication between parties for confirmation of identity and property details.
By providing your contact information on our platform, you agree to allow Student Accommodation to contact you via email, call, or SMS, and to receive marketing content.
6. Prices
Prices for properties listed on our Site may change at any time, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Prices shown are based on information provided by Advertisers, and we are not responsible for their accuracy.
Due to the international nature of our Site, prices may be displayed in different currencies. The currency rates are for reference only and may vary.
7. Payments
In certain circumstances, payments can be made to Advertisers through payment providers like Stripe. We are not responsible for booking or cancellation policies set by Advertisers. Any deposits paid via our Site are held by the Advertiser, not by Student Accommodation.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Any tenancy agreements are between a Student and an Advertiser. It is the Student’s responsibility to be aware of the Advertiser’s cancellation policy before booking.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site and its content. You must not use any part of the content on our Site for commercial purposes without our permission.
10. Linking to Our Site
You may link to our homepage, provided you do so in a way that is fair, legal, and does not damage our reputation. You must not establish a link that suggests any form of association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists.
